Fees

I am in the process of becoming credentialed with Medicare, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), which are some of the largest and most widely accepted insurance providers in New Jersey.
In the meantime, I can guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have about out-of-netowrk copays, coverage, and reimbursement. If you are not insured with these companies, or prefer to pay privately, I also offer sliding scale options.

60 min session

A comprehensive 60-minute assessment exploring your mental health history background. This session lays the foundation for effective therapy by giving us a holistic understanding of your life, challenges, strengths, and what you hope to achieve through therapy

50 min session

In this 45-minute one-on-one session, you’ll work closely with me in a safe, supportive space, either online or in-person. Together, we’ll explore challenges, identify goals, and develop strategies for improved well-being that are tailored to your unique needs and pace

75 min session

A 75-minute session for couples looking to improve communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen their relationship. We’ll collaboratively address challenges, build healthier patterns, and foster a deeper understanding and connection between partners in a supportive environment

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a fee unless due to emergency or unavoidable circumstances.
Last-minute requests to switch from in-person to telehealth can be difficult to accommodate and may be treated as a late cancellation if made within 24 hours of your appointment time, except in cases of illness or emergency.

Sliding Scale Fees

I am committed to making therapy accessible, and I do not want the cost of services to be a barrier to anyone seeking help. If financial circumstances are preventing you from starting or continuing therapy, please reach out and ask me about sliding-scale payment options. My rates can be adjusted according to your income and personal situation so you can receive the support you need.
